  • Facility staff receive education and training on product therapies, insurance billing, and documentation needs.

Ordering and Delivery Process

  • An ordering physician must submit documentation of medical necessity to determine insurance coverage.
  • Supplies for the first month (30 days) are shipped within two days of the order.
  • Reorders are confirmed and placed three to five days before the end of the current 30-day cycle.
03

Unparalleled Support

Our team takes care of reorders and offers regular reporting and spend analysis upon request, for qualifying residents, Medicare and other insurances covering medically necessary enteral supplies. As a Medicare-approved provider, we maintain deep expertise in Medicare guidelines, criteria, and allowable services.

For residents without insurance benefits, our optional Nutrition for All program allows facilities to manage payments effectively.
