Innovative Supply Group (ISG)
is now a Gentell Company

On January 2, 2026, Gentell completed the acquisition of Innovative Supply Group, a leading provider of enteral nutrition and ostomy, urology and tracheostomy (OUTs) products for long-term care facilities throughout the United States. This acquisition solidifies Gentell’s position as a one-stop shop for all Part B insurance compensable products for long-term care: wound care, enteral, and OUTs.

ISG will transition to the name Gentell Nutritional Services (GNS). Established in 2025 with the acquisition of Chicago-based enteral provider XcelMed, GNS’ combined customer count now exceeds 3,000 long-term care facilities. Michael Lebovics, formerly President of ISG, will serve as President of GNS and report to Gentell President & CEO David Navazio.

This is the capstone to a series of acquisitions that Gentell made in the past year, including ManukaMed in New Zealand and Casex in Brazil and Paraguay. Already the largest vertically integrated wound care company in the world, 2025 was a milestone year for Gentell with expansion in all parts of business:

-       Our roster of long-term facility customers in the United States continued to expand, outpacing any company in our industry.

-       Product line additions such as the only two honey-products reimbursable by Medicare in the US and the addition of ostomy products means that Gentell helps more patients in more areas than ever before.

-        The introduction of ClaraVie skin and personal care products has been a game changer for long-term care, with a simplified product line offering everything needed to cleanse, moisturize, protect, and treat fragile skin.

Looking ahead into 2026, Gentell will continue to provide our customers with a full range of products and services, always with the goal of making it better for patients.
