We are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with returns or exchanges under the following guidelines:
1. 1. Eligibility for Returns
- All returns must be authorized prior to receipt.
- Timeframe: Items may be returned within 90 days from the date of invoice with prior authorization.
- Condition: All returned products must be in unused, unopened, and in resalable condition, with all original packaging, labels, and tags intact.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items such as private label or clearance items, are not be eligible for return.
2. Return Process
- Initiating a Return: To begin a return, please contact our Customer Service team at 800-840-9041or customercare@gentell.com.
- Return Authorization: A return authorization number (RGA#) must be issued and included in the return package. Returns without an RGA# will not be processed and returned to the customer at their cost.
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or damaged products. Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.
- Restocking Fee:
- Return from date of Invoice Restocking fee
- 0 - 30 Days 5% / $25 minimum + Freight
- 31 - 60 Days 10% / $25 minimum + Freight
- 61 - 90 Days 20% / $25 minimum + Freight
3. Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: Once the returned item is received and inspected, your credit will be processed within 30 business days.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 business days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the item at no cost to you and will either issue a full refund or send a replacement based on your preference.
6. Special Orders
- Items purchased as part of a special or private label order are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or mistake on our part.
