Dermatell®
Dermatell® Hydrocolloid Dressings consist of a hydrocolloid wafer paired
with a flesh colored foam. This combination enhances patient comfort and
protection while promoting moist wound healing by absorbing exudate and
allowing natural debridement. Soft and flexible dressing conforms easily
to body contours providing an occlusive, waterproof barrier and preventing
mechanical insult. The integrated design containing no animal derived components
allows for greater absorption rates and saturation levels. Dermatell®
will not break down into the wound upon saturation while resisting contamination
and demonstrating superior adhesive properties. Dressings may remain on
the patient for several days due to the absorption characteristics and
integrated composition improving the rate of healing with fewer dressing
changes and superior patient comfort.

Dermatell Secure®
Dermatell Secure® offers all the benefits of Dermatell®
Hydrocolloid Dressings plus the advantage of a secure edge. A thicker wafer
paired with a flesh colored Spunlace tape border holds the dressing in place on
hard to seal areas such as the sacrum and ischium, minimizing the need for
reapplication. Dressing will not shift, move or migrate.
