Gentell installs and tests every machine that goes into the field.  This information is supplied as a convenience to our reps and support personnel.

My camera is not working in Fastcare.
Open the camera app that is separate from Fastcare; tap on the Wrench icon; set Store location to On, Focus mode to Auto, Exposure to 0, Picture size to 3M Pixels, and Picture quality to Fine.

Tap on sl4a to show scripts, and tap send_pics.py to re-start the Gentell camera script.
